Urology Experts offers its services, benefits, facilities, and care to all individuals and does not deny nor exclude or discriminate against any person on the ground of race, color, gender, religion, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran’s status or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state or local law in admission to, participation in, or receipt of the services and benefits under any of its programs and activities, and in staff and employee assignments to patients.
This statement is in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, regulations of the U.S Department of Health and Human Services issued pursuant to these three statutes at Title 45 Code of Federal Regulations Parts 80, 84, and 91.

Patients and families are advised that the assignment of a medical professional is based on the experience with the type of care needed, the severity of the condition, and medical specialization so that the best possible clinical outcome can be achieved.
